Each campsite manager who so wishes may join the federation

For this he must address a written request to the departmental federation of the place d ‘ implantation of its camping and pay a contribution calculated on the basis of the number of stars and the number of locations in the site. By contributing to the FDHPA it will be automatically affiliated to the regional FRHPA and the national federation. The FRHPA is administered by a Board of Directors composed of members elected from among the members of the departmental Board. An office ensures the operation and the secretariat. The CA and the Bureau are elected for 3

years. Each manager will receive the information necessary for the functioning of its campsite (departmental, regional and national legislation new standards etc…). Much information are available on the website of FNHPA. To have a

ccess to this information, the Subscriber receives each year an access code and a password:

  • Camping standards and their fields of application (regular updates)
  • Collective of the HPA (contracts, wage grids)
  • Information legal with free legal consultations several times per year by counsel for the FNHPA etc).
  • Discounts are granted by some vendors to members of the federation (gas,…)
  • Other ad hoc or urgent information are transmitted by the FNHPA to the presidents of regions which disseminate immediately for their members.
  • The National Federation and each federation regional or departmental goals is to promote and advocate for the profession.

. Level regional and departmental chairpersons are called to serve in the Committee several administrations (Regional Council, General Council, CRTD, SDDT, Chamber of Commerce). They can thus put forward the profession and the difficulties but also provide assistance and precise and punctual support facing some difficulties or problems encountered by managers, where the importance of adhering in the Department for the implementation of the site. In case of dispute with a local instance, (Prefecture, DASS, etc) Manager may be defended only by the Fédération départementale said Department and not by another departmental federation subject to sometimes different legislation. nce 2009, the FRHPA and Camping quality Auvergne publish a brochure containing all of their members. This brochure is distributed throughout the french and foreign trade shows and downloadable on the website www.auvergne-tourisme.fr and www.campings-auv

ergne.comLa FRHPA and Camping quality Auvergne are committed to the respect of the environment and enhancement of our territory, the challenge for Earth and relaying all the actions for the environment among their members (sorting of waste, recycled paper products with “ecolabel”…). Camping

quality is the only label ‘quality’ responding to a national Charter and recognized by the Ministry of tourism. Camping quality membership is a voluntary, but approach often necessary for certain subsidies. By joining Camping Qualité, managers undergo a very precise commitment Charter. Quality campgrounds are committed to providing a warm, impeccably clean, accurate and true information a neat, private location, surroundings valued and respected. Join Camping quality, to satisfy an audit of entry meets many criteria. Once the label has been obtained, an audit of control is done every 3 years. Since 2008 Camping quality Auvergne promotes of the label and its adherents (website, map targeting all labelled campsites, flags and partnership with CRDTA promotions and ALTA brochure operations). Both French foreign clientele is increasingly focused on ‘quality’. The required contribution is discounted for members of the regional federation. The 2009 grid is available with the secretariat. It is a tool for improvement for all managers.
